You do need to change each and every HTML code (if you want to get all of them, but there is an automated way to do this.

Frontpage, Dreamweaver and nvu (nvu is free: www.nvu.org) all have the capability to do a 'global search and replace' across ALL your web pages at once.If you do this, be sure to check off the box in the search/replace dialog that specifies it will perform the replace in source code (as well as your readable text).

You can do a global search/replace across all pages of a large web site in less than 5 minutes.
